Warren’s study <i>What Was African American Literature?</i>; Alan Liu’s essay on the meaning of the digital humanities, for The Changing Profession; and four surprising discoveries in the series Criticism in Translation and Little-Known Documents.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Four new essays join <i>Literary Studies in the Digital Age</i>, the first born-digital open-access anthology to appear on <i>MLA Commons</i>. Edited by Kenneth M. Price and Ray Siemens, the collection aims to familiarize readers with tools and techniques used in digital literary studies. Readers are invited to activate their <i>MLA Commons </i> accounts (a benefit of membership in the association) in order to comment on essays, submit essays and ideas for future iterations of the volume, and upload drafts of their own work to the <a href="http://commons.mla.org/groups/dls-anthology/">DLS Anthology group</a>.
